Is bi-weekly Child Support considered as supporting someone? Can you get a refund?

Can you get a refund for paying Child Support?? Yes or No ??

No.   You do not enter anything about paying child support on your tax return, nor is it taxable to the parent who is receiving the child support.  There is no deduction for paying child support.
