If you did Not receive healthcare coverage from one of the state marketplace plans or from healthcare.gov you should have entered No when asked if you received healthcare from one of the Uncommon Plans shown in the Health Insurance section of the program. A Form 1095-B and Form 1095-C are not entered on a federal tax return.
A Form 1095-A would only be received if you received healthcare coverage through one of the state marketplace plans or from healthcare.gov

A Form 1095-C is not entered on a tax return. Since you do not have a Form 1095-A there is no need to complete the 1095-A in the TurboTax program.
I have the same situation. I must have clicked yes, when I needed to click no. How do I go back in to change that because the 1059-A screen is the only thing preventing me from filing right now. Thank you!
You can try deleting the form:
Only the 1095-A needs to be entered on your return from insurance purchased through the marketplace. If you received a different 1095 form, such as one from employer benefits, you do not need to enter anything on your return. It is for your records only.
Turbo tax will not let me complete the return if I don’t have a 1095-A.
It did not ask me a healthcare question except if I had a 1095-A. I just want to complete my return.

There is no question on the federal tax return to indicate that you had health insurance. That was removed from the tax code after 2017. If you have a 1095-B or 1095-C those are not entered on a tax return.
1095A form only applies if you had insurance through the marketplace. 1095 B and C are sent from other insurance sources are are not needed to enter. You can enter the amount you paid after taxes for your insurance under Medical Expenses. (Before-tax premiums are not deductible.)
Take these steps to delete the 1095-A entry that was entered by mistake
Forms 1095-B and 1095-C are for information only. Save them with your 2020 tax records.
just put in $1200, i was also stuck, and couldn't submit my taxes, because i had already paid.
How do I bypass the 1095 form. I have nothing to put in it.
Turbotax requires input of information. I do not know how to get rid of the form
I keep getting rejected because I don't have form 1095-a and I only have formed 1095-b. So what do I do if I don't even have 1095-a and only 1095b? It requires me to have that form and I don't even have that form because I have only formed 1095-b. What do I do so I do not get rejected anymore for something I cannot provide since I didn't have that type of insurance.
The IRS believes you have a form 1095-A that needs to be added.
Entering/deleting a 1095-A:
If that does not solve the issue:
To delete a Form:
If the IRS rejected the return for a missing 8962 then you MUST enter the 1095-A before the return will be accepted. If you mail the return without this form it will delay the processing for MONTHS until you provide the missing form ... so do it right now and avoid the future pain.
They believe you have a 1095-A with your name on it for 2021 so check with the Healthcare Marketplace for the 1095-A form ... they have been available online since 1/6 but have not yet been mailed out. www.healthcare.gov
Maybe you had the ACA insurance for a month in early 2021 or you were on your parent's policy ... you need to get to the bottom of it.
I checked and I did not see any information about myself there.
When revisiting the section the default answer is still set to yes but the 8962 and 1095A are not part of the return.
If you select Yes you will be prompted to enter the 1095A information and you cannot continue leaving the full form blank as an error will be presented.
Now you will not be prompted with the yes/no question to have received the 1095A and will see your entry with options to edit/delete the entry.
Delete the 1095A entry and both the 1095A and 8962 are removed from the return.
If you revisit the section again default will be yes but the forms are removed
Now, select No, e-file your return, and if you are rejected, then the IRS requires your 1095A in the return
I've seen no specific answer yet as to where TurboTax allows you to enter your 1095-C form.
The Form 1099-B and 1099-C do not have to be entered in TurboTax.
Form 1095-B, Health insurance providers (for example, health insurance companies) send this form to individuals they cover, with information about who was covered and when.
Form 1095-C, Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage. @waltlange
