Is Anyone else having a TERRIBLE experience with their tax expert?

No phone call with expert, does not reply to messages on chat for at least 24 hours and sometimes days, (or not at all) I have no idea what is going on and it is very stressful. And this is paying for the full service. Never had such a terrible experience with Turbo Tax, I’ve used them for years but this time will probably be the last.
