Is a mutually financially independent roommate, while living within the same apartment with me and on the same lease, considered a "member of household"?

Where are you being asked about members of the household?  What are you trying to do?   A roommate cannot be a qualified dependent for the Head of Household filing status.  Or are you working on something else?
