Is a 1099-misc from debit card rewards from a manufacturer that sells to the dealer I work for considered self-employment, and what 'reason' do i give for this reward?

Note: nothing is in Box 7.  I work for an independent dealer, the rewards are from a car manufacturer, and are earned based on my department's sales of specific items.

The TurboTax program interview will ask you a series of questions that will exclude this 1099-MISC income from self-employment income.  See the TurboTax FAQ below for more info.
