IRS states it needs to verify information, but I filed all this with my taxes.

Did you get an IRS letter?

This is different than what you file with your tax return. They want to verify that you are you. Its a separate process.

I have not received a letter yet,I had no idea there was even an issue until I spent 45 mins on hold.
