IRS keeps sending me IP PIN during tax filing. but i didnt experience identity theft. shoul i cALL IRS?

You mean that the IRS is mailing you a business letter repeatedly with a new IP PIN? You normally get these once a year by mail. How is the IRS sending this to you? By mail or what?
