IRS is asking my 1095-A and 8962,but I don't have any of those.Should I use my parent's 1095-A?

did your parents have you covered and could or did claim you as a dependent on their return?   if so, then yes .  include a note explaining that your parents had you covered and you are submitting their 1095-A..   do not submit 8962 

if your parents covered you but can't be claimed as a dependent on their tax return then 8962 must be submitted and part IV completed.
