In case you entered form 1095-A in error, you will need to amend your income tax return. TurboTax did not create Form 8962 Premium Tax Credit because you were insured under your employer and received form 1095-C not 1095-A Health Insurance Marketplace Statement .

I live in California. I received form 1095-B which shows I had medical insurance for 10 months of 2020. I was penalized by the state of California $321 for not having medical insurance (only 6 months of 2020). How do I amend the state return? I originally used the free edition of Turbo Tax online.
