IRS deducted amt. of refund T-Tax had calculated by $1084 saying T-Tax had miscalculated. My T-Tax acct. doesn't reflect this change. Can I still go ahead and do my taxes w/o this change being made?

I think you mean that a previous year tax return was adjusted by the IRS which resulted in your refund being reduced. So now you want to do your current year tax return and want to know if the adjustment will affect this year's tax return, and whether you need to do anything special to account for the adjustment on your current year tax return.

Unless you chose to have your refund from 2020 be applied to our 2021 tax return, or you had other carryover items that would be affected by the adjustment, then it will not affect this year's tax return so you can proceed with its preparation.
