Instructions given in "HELP" do not work

The instructions given to access last years return are as follows:

  1. Sign in to your TurboTax account here if you're haven't already.
  2. Select Documents from the left menu.

There are NO selections listed in the left menu.

 

An alternate method is given as such

  1. Sign in to your TurboTax account here if you're haven't already.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom and select Your tax returns & documents.
  3. Select the year you want, then select Download/print return (PDF).

Scrolling down does not reveal anything to select.

I've seen several posts just like yours.  Obviously there is an issue.  I'll report this to TurboTax Moderators for investigation.

 

In the meantime, I hope you won't mind me sharing a solution offered by @mesquitebean ,in the question I'm linking below.  He seems to have found what works!
