installation of turbo tax 2019

I purchased Turbo Tax 2019 Deluxe and it will not run on my computer. The internet is working fine. It states that it might be a firewall or anti-virus protection, but I am able to access Turbo Tax 2018 with no problem. Is anyone else having an issue with the disk or the download version?

I purchased TurboTax deluxe from Amazon. I downloaded it today. When I try to install on my Window 7 Pro computer, it does NOT recognize the file type and asks me to select the file to open the program. WHY?
