Just don't use your account.  Ignore any emails you get to file.  What do you mean you will file jointly with your business account?  You don't do your personal 1040 with a business return unless you are self employed and file the business on schedule C .  

No, you don't have to inform anyone if you choose not to complete your return in TurboTax. Returns that aren't completed, are automatically deleted after the October 15 deadline.
