Indiana Form W tax payer ID number is not complete.

On the Indiana Form W for withholding for pension and retirement withholding the tax payer is entered wrong and trunk cadged. 

 

There are 3 1099Rs and one is the same as last year, but 2 of them changed their ID number this year and they are the ones giving me the problem.

 

I have checked the 1099-Rs and the it looks OK.  I tried to edit it on the form but it always enters it the same way. It ends up with 2 number, a space and only the numbers that fit on the line.

 

The one import from last year is smaller text with the complete number

 

 

 

I contact the Indiana DOR and they said don't e-file it that way, it would not go thru and I would be required to submit more paperwork.

 

They said Turbotax was having a lot of problems and they recommended contacting Turbotax or that I file a paper return with the corrected form W and the 1099s.

 

Any suggestion?

Sch W holds the federal payer ID exactly as it should. The correct number of digits - with the bar after the first 2 digits. Be sure you are using the federal ID.
