IND-031-04 I don’t even remember it from last year that’s the thing

IRS Tax Return Rejection Code IND-031-04. Problem: The IRS has rejected your return because the prior-year Adjusted Gross Income - AGI - you entered on your Tax Return does not match IRS AGI records.

The AGI is accurate based on an IRS transcript. I did not E-file last year.  Can I select ANY five numbers for a pin?

This TurboTax link E-file reject IND-031-04 or IND-032-04: The AGI or Self-select PIN from last year doesn't match IRS records has information on correcting your E-file rejection.
