Inability to download financial docs from brokerage to Turbo tax

I have my year end 1099's avail at my brokerage acct, I can see them available on my account page and also have a hard copy of same in hand (pages and pages of data I am not willing to hand input), yet Turbo tax is telling me "there dont appear to be any docs avail for download". Contacted my broker who told me they have had numerous complaints about Turbo tax  tax software and this particular issue. Similar experiences, recommendations?

If your financial institution is a TurboTax 1099 Import Partner, you would likely have been able to import your 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-OID, 1099-R, 1099-NEC, and 1099-MISC (without entries in boxes 8 or 10) by January 31, 2025, and likely have been able to import your 1099-B and 1099-MISC (with entries in boxes 8 or 10) by February 15, 2025.

 

However, if your brokerage issues a consolidated tax statement with several types of 1099s, which is common, you might not have been able to import any of your 1099s until February 15, 2025. Since that was the date of your post, you might want to check again to see if they are all downloadable now.

If you followed the importing steps in TurboTax and still don't see your forms:

 

Try clearing your cache and cookies. Log out of TurboTax and back in. Try a different browser (Chrome normally works well. If after trying all of the options mentioned you still have the same problem:
