In W2 where do I find Control Number or which one is Box D - Is it Employer's State or Local ID?

The control number is in box d of the W-2.  It does not have to be entered on the W-2 input screen.

Employer identification number is in box b of the W-2.

Employer state ID number is in box 15 of the W-2.
