In state tax, I enter my resident status and county, click continue and the same page comes up with the county blank and 'Select a county' in red. Tried multiple times...

Indiana requires both the resident and the work county; 2 separate entries.  If it takes you back to the screen the program resets.  You'll need to make sure both resident and work county are added.
