In review of my taxes, I noticed that the checking ac# was check instead of savings on my refund destination. Ia that a problem?

It doesn't matter if you made a mistake and said the account was a checking account instead of a savings account or vice versa. All that matters is that the account number and routing number are correct. If they are not correct and you submitted your taxes the IRS will try to deposit your refund and if they can't then they will mail you a check.
