In Form 1099-MISC in TT Deluxe 2020, Box 7 has an "N/A" already filled in but on my 1099-MISC from my employer it states my "Non-Employee Compensation" just like in 2019?

Did they give you a 2020 1099Misc for it?  Box 7 is now for sales.  There is a new form 1099NEC box 1 for non employee compensation.  Your employer used the wrong form.

Actually you can just enter it as Other self employment income or as Cash or General income.  You don't need to get a 1099NEC or 1099Misc or 1099K.  Even if you did you can enter all your income as Cash.  Only the total goes to schedule C.
