In April 2022, I filed for 2021 state tax extension. With the extension I also paid $470. I owed $460 and $10 was an underpayment penalty. Need to figure my state taxes paid in 2022 deduction on this year's filing. Do I use $460 or $470?

Last year, In April 2022, I paid filed for 2021 state tax extension. With the extension I also paid $470.

In October 2022 I finalized my taxes and I owed $460 + $10 underpayment penalty.

It's summarized in this screenshot.

This year, I'm doing my 2022 federal taxes and it needs to know how much I "paid with my 2021 state tax extension". Should I say $460 or $470?

In other words, what do I put here? The wording says what I paid, it doesn't specify whether to exclude or include any penalty/interest.
