In 2024 Georgia was impacted by a natural disaster which qualifies for the removal of an underpayment penalty. How do I remove the penalty in Turbo Tax software?

As you walk through the underpayment penalty section, you will be asked if you lived in a qualified natural disaster area.  Answer yes, and the penalty will be removed.
