Importing from E*Trade from Morgan Stanley is not working

When trying to import my 1099 Consolidated form from E*Trade, I enter my E*Trade Account User Id and Password on TurboTax desktop for E*Trade from Morgan Stanley. I click Continue. There is a pop-up that says "Establishing secure connection.." and then the pop-up goes away and nothing happens. Back to the login screen where I enter my E*Trade credentials. The documents are available on E*Trade and I have already linked my E*Trade account to allow Third-Party Data Sharing. Signing in with credentials from other financial institutions works fine. How do I resolve this for E*Trade?

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser.
