Importing from Charles Schwab gives Success without documents

After going through all the steps to import from Charles Schwab the screen comes back with Success We have your tax documents. You can now return to Turbo Tax. Problem is there are no imported documents in Turbo Tax. So is this a Schwab problem or a Turbo Tax problem? Using Firefox as my browse over VPN.

Please ensure that you have allowed third-party access within Schwab. Although you may not be receiving the specific error message in this resource, the need to enable the access still holds true; see if it helps resolve your issue. Otherwise you may review this thread for possible user shared-solutions.

I'm still having problems with my Desktop TT Schwab import. I was able to connect with Schwab and received the  following message:

Connection Complete!
Success! We got your tax data. You can now return to TurboTax.
But the data is still not going into my TT desktop.

Is your TurboTax software updated to the latest version? 

How do I update my TurboTax CD/Download software program?

Found that my web browser was blocking the import.

Changed "Default Web Browser" to Microsoft Edge...

It works perfectly fine now!!!
