importing E*Trade from Morgan Stanley is not working for me using TurboTax Desktop version

As of today, 02/23/2025, importing E*Trade from Morgan Stanley is still not working for me. It didn't pop up any error message, just silently goes back the importing page.  I am using the TurboxTax DESKTOP Mac version and E*trade 3rd party data sharing option is set "yes". On E*trade, the 1099 consolidate pdf has been available since 02/20/2025.  Do I need to wait a bit longer? Does TurboTax desktop keep an error log somewhere so I can find out why it is not working?

Quick update. I ended up calling E*trade and they said that even though I can access the online pdf version, I would still need to wait a few days before TurboTax integration is ready.

Nope. The Etrade import is still not working for me. I ended up manually entering the profit and loss numbers in TurboxTax. Just the total, not each transaction. It is not ideal, but both sides (Etrade and TurboTax) don't seem to be have a solution for now. TurboxTax support told me to keep my 1099 pdf for future reference (just in case IRS is asking for it in the future).
