When I tried to file 2023 online version, and tried to import 2022 Desktop tax file, it doesn't ask for which file to pick or the location, but there is an incomplete transfer of data with partial information. There is no option to undo or remove that data or file. Tried "clear and startover" many times and started from scratch, and the issue still exists. Not able to progress further and struck.
