Importing 1099 DIV into 2023 client (Deluxe) doesn't seem to work. It connects, indicates the 1099 was successfully loaded, the client software does nothing with it. Why?

I am choosing 'Import from my bank or brokerage", continue, it connects and indicates a successful transfer (Using Brave browser). If I try to click on 'continue' again in the client, it tries to connect to my brokerage account again. If I hit back, I can see that an entry was inserted for my brokerage account, but no data is shown save for the account name.

First, clear your cache and cookies.  Here's how to do that in Brave browser.

 

If that doesn't work I would recommend trying a different browser.
