TurboTax online does not support QuickBooks import. Only the TurboTax Desktop version supports this feature.
This is a disincentive to use the TurboTax online product.
This is no longer correct. I just utilized this feature. To access it, you may have to delete the charities imported from last year and re-start the Charitable Donations section by clicking on search for other deductions and credits.
Using Business 2018 and cannot import from QuickBooks Online
itsdeductible CAN be imported but I am betting they were not asking about itsdeductible. I am looking for the same info to import a K-1 to online version
I have the desktop version. It will not download the data from Quickbooks Online. WTF inuit! Why is your software NOT compatible. I will NEVER use Turbotax again!
How come Intuit, who own Quickbooks and TurboTax, has not made the Quickbooks Online Pro work together with TurboTax Business????? From what I can understand from Intuit's support must I purchase a Quickbooks desktop version to facilitate the import to TurboTax Business. That is not making it easy for your users.
