Im trying to set up my yurbo visa acct. But cant remember my password, when I go to the site which allows me to change the password, it requires the card number.

Ignore the prompt asking for your card number. Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received, then choose #1 again, enter SS# if prompted and continue following the instruction
