Im trying to login to the irs to get my 2023 agi but it wants to verify a code but my family member who had the number on here passed away and the number don't work

What should I do if the phone number on the account aint mine but aint in service anymore

Answer the question about whether you filed last year as not having filed.  That will eliminate the AGI question and let you efile with a pin that you make up on your own.
