Select "Chase Investments" instead of "J.P.Morgan Securities" from TurboTax Import from my bank or brokerage page.

I've resolved the same issue for importing my Brokerage Account 1099 forms from J.P.Morgan Securities.

You would use your same Login Info that you would use to sign into your account outside of TurboTax.

If you are having issues importing your financial data, you can enter your 1099's manually.

If you have a large number of transactions, click this link for info on How to Enter a Summary in Lieu of Individual Transactions

Within the TurboTax software, use "Chase Investments" to search for the financial institution when do importing your 1099-DIV/1099-INT.

Try after March first or call Chase for exact day in March.
