Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.
If you had no tax withheld from your income you do not get a tax refund. Was any tax withheld from your income?
If you did not receive the 3rd EIP payment you can file a 2021 tax return to get the $1400 as a recovery rebate credit. You go through the Federal Review section for that credit. if you already received that EIP payment you cannot get it again.
