Im trying to file both my state and federal by mail. Its showing that I must e-file, for which I choose not too.

In TurboTax Online, you can select a different filing method. Here's how:

1. Click File in the top white navigation bar (near the top right corner of screen)
2. Go to Step 3: Get ready to save and file your returns (Click Start or Revisit) 
3. Select File by mail (the gray button) on the Let’s get ready to e-file screen
