Here are a few things you can try:

  1. Leave the field blank instead of entering "0"—some users found that TurboTax allowed them to proceed when they left it empty.
  2. Try entering a small amount—if TurboTax insists on a value greater than zero, some users entered $0.01 to bypass the error.
  3. Check for the Second Lowest Cost Silver Plan (SLCSP)—if you're entering a 1095-A, TurboTax may require a value in Column B. You can use the Health Coverage Tax Tool to find the correct amount.
  4. Delete and re-enter the form—some users had success by removing the 1095-A entry completely and starting fresh.

Usually if there are amounts in Columns A, Column B cannot be left blank. If this is the case, you will need to use the Health Coverage Tool to record the amounts in Column B.
