im ready to file but they are trying to verify through an. email I no longer have access to

Follow these steps to update your email address:

  1. Sign in to your Intuit account.
  2. Select Sign in & security.
  3. Select Email address.
  4. Enter your new email address, confirm it and select Save.

If you no longer have access to your email address, fill out our Account Recovery Request Submission Form.
