Im married but we don't live together and aren't together but aren't legally separated, I'm trying to file but I have to put married and her information that I don't have

unless you get her SSN, you'll have to paper file and attach a statement with her name and address and that you couldn't obtain her SSN 

does she have yours?  if not maybe you can offer to trade info

prior year return.   (not IRS transcript which shows only last 4 digits)

did you ever file joint, perhaps requesting that year's return from IRS by mail again it may only show last 4 digits.
