Im getting a loading bar of death when trying to hit the final button and submit my returns. I have already been charged turbo tax fees. Its been 30 minutes of this.help?

I am i the very last button where I can review my tax returns both federal and state. But when I hit continue (presumably to submit) i get a loading bar of death that never submits. I have already seen turbo tax's service charge go through to my bank. Whats going on and how will this be fixed?
