Im done with filling out my taxes. All i need to do is pay for turbo tax deluxe, i only have the option to pay with card, i keep getting a error message? help please thnx

All my payment info is correct, none of my cards is locked, i have funds on all cards, yet i cant pay cause it says "oops, error... please comtact help". And i cant do federal tax return payment either
