If you filed with Turbo Tax but had to mail in the signature part, how long before the IRS will receive it?

Normally, your tax refund would be received in 4 to 5 weeks with a paper return compared to three weeks for an electronic return.  However, the IRS is not processing paper returns at this time due to the coronavirus emergency, so you should expect an unknown delay.
