If you file your w2 and go off line and come back it's gone I did it on my phone

Make sure you sign back in using the same account you used when you entered the w-2(s).   Sometimes people create multiple accounts.   You can find out how many accounts you created by doing the steps in this link.   You may need to try this on a computer if you are entering your information from the phone app.
