If you did not receive a 1099 form, how do you report your earnings from survey sites?

Where do you report the earnings that you received from survey sites (Crowdtap, PrizeRebel and YouGov) and independent contractor sites (ProlificAc, Clickworker/UHRS) in TurboTax? I do not receive the 1099 forms as I did not make $600 but I do know that I need to report it. I also need to report my YouTube earnings although I did not receive as I did not receive enough for payouts. Where do I report these on TurboTax? Or should I report it?

Yes, report all of your income.  It is self-employment income, and you don't need 1099s to report it.   Use the General or Other Self-Employment Income category for this kind of income.  It goes on Schedule C and here are instructions for reporting it in TurboTax.   To enter your self-employment income not reported on a 1099-NEC or 1099-MISC:

  1. Open or continue your return.
  2. Search for Schedule C and select the Jump to link.
  3. Answer the general questions about your business (or select Review or Edit at the work summary screen).
  4. At the Let’s get income for… screen, select Other self-employed income.

If you made $600 or more, contact the company or individual you worked for to request a 1099-NEC.
