If two people have a joint healthcare policy, must you allocate a percentage of healthcare if only one person has paid 100% of costs?

My daughter is legally married but her spouse has not lived with her since March 2017. He is on her policy but she has paid 100% of cost. He will file seperately and she will file Head of Household with their child. Does she have to allocate 50% to him?

No, you can allocate the percentage of the premiums paid however it should be reported. In this case she can claim 100% and allocate 0% to him.
