if turbotax software was working and is not working now what do I do?

My turbo tax worked and I filed my taxes. Now I cannot get my taxes on my computer

What does "now I can't get my taxes on my computer" mean?   Does that mean you can't find your 2024 return you prepared and filed?

Are you using Online TurboTax or desktop software?

If you efiled, has your efiled return been accepted?
