If TurboTax online suddenly closes and we cannot retrieve what progress was entered to continue after logging back in, what next?

Spent almost 2 hours with phone support and they could not help us retrieve our progress.

You can try these steps to resolve if you are using the online version:

  • Clearing your Cache and Cookies
  • Using a different browser
  • Opening an Incognito Window
