If the imported W2 on our 2017 taxes was incorrect and the IRS is now collecting an amount due because of the discrepancy, is this covered under any TurboTax guarantee?

TurboTax has no control over what is on the W-2 that the user imported.  That would not be covered under the Accurate calculation guarantee.
