If my turbotax app says it can't load my checklist for uploading documents, what does that mean? TIA.

When i go to add a document, it will load up a page that says it can't load my checklist. Anyone know how to help? TIA.

Not sure what is on your list.   But there are some tax documents that you cannot "upload" or import.  There are some things that simply have to be keyed in by hand.
