If my son worked and Made 13,000 does that mean he supported hisself all year or can I still claim him as a dependent he’s 18

It depends on whether he meets the other requirements that qualify him as your dependent on your tax return. Your child may have a job, but that job cannot provide more than half of her support. Children that were under 19 at the end of 2017 (24 if they attended school full time for at least part of five calendar months of the year) must have lived with you for more than half of the year to be claimed. There are special rules for children of divorced or separated parents and for persons receiving support from two or more individuals.

It is unlikely that he provided more than half of his own support if he lives in a home that you provide and food that you provide.   Money that he earns that is not used for support does not count as support so the amount does not matter, it is what it is used for,
