If my name is the only one on 1099-INT but I'm married, do I use "both of us"?

If both of you are owners of the interest then use "both of us"

Thanks for the response. When I opened the account, I just used my name as the primary. My husband is listed as beneficiary. Would I be considered the only one owner? Thanks

Yes, in this case only you are the owner.
