If my mother is the policy holder, do I have to allocate my tax credits for the marketplace? Neither my mother nor my father (both on the policy) have done so.

I've asked my parents about the healthcare tax credit allocations, but neither of them seem to think that I need to input them.

if they are claiming you as a dependent there is no requirement for them to allocate any of their PTC to you.
