If my home address is an Assisted Living Facility, but my permanent mailing address is my daughter's house. Which goes in My Info>Address & Phone Number?

I currently have my daughter's address in the "My Info> Address & Phone Number" fields. I use this as my mailing address. In doing my Turbotax entires, it asked for my home residence address and for that I entered my Assisted Living home address. In reviewing the returns (before sending), I see that the CA 540 form uses the mailing address at the top of the form, and then later indicates my residence address in another place. This is good., very clear. But the 1040-SR only shows my mailing address, which is at the top of the return, and there is no place it shows a residence address. Is this a problem as I am itemizing my Assisted Living care expenses, but my address on the form is not my residence but instead my mailing address? I don't really see anything I can change, as I don't want the CA 540 to change, since it looks right.

It's not a problem. You have it exactly the way it should be. The address on the federal Form 1040-SR is just a mailing address. The IRS uses it if they need to get in touch with you. They don't need your actual residence address. You can still deduct the medical care portion of your assisted living expenses.
